Our goal here at Urban Edge is to get your order processed and ready for pickup as soon as possible. The normal processing time for an order is 3 to 7 days.

We offer the convenience of cash on delivery or collection for most of our products. However, please note that not all products are eligible for cash on delivery. You will be informed of the available payment options during the checkout process.

Urban Edge operates exclusively online. We do not have a physical shop or showroom. This allows us to offer you a wider selection of products and competitive prices. You can browse and purchase all our products directly from our online store.

Once your order is ready, you can pick it up from our designated pickup point in Avondale, Harare. You will receive a notification with the details when your order is available for collection.

Yes, we do offer delivery services. Delivery options and availability will be provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that you provide accurate delivery details to avoid any delays.
