At Urban Edge, we work hard to make sure you’re happy with every purchase. We are aware that occasionally a product might not live up to your hopes or be delivered in poor condition. In these circumstances, we provide a refund and return policy to allay your worries.
Refunds and Exchanges Timeframe
Our policy on returns and refunds is in effect for 14 days following the date of your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a complete refund or exchange if 14 days have passed since your purchase.
Qualifications for Returns
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in the original box. Please make sure the goods show no traces of use or damage.
Returns are not permitted for some products. Food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, and other perishable items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety concerns. Additionally, we do not accept returns of dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gases, or intimate or sanitary items.

Call Our Customer Service
Please get in touch with our helpful customer service staff during the allotted 14-day return window. You can reach us by phone at +263 77 656 0357 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please mention the order number and the justification for the return.
If your return is accepted after we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). When returning the item, please make sure to write the RAN on the outside of the box.
Securely package the item to avoid damage during transit. If at all feasible, we advise keeping the original packaging.
Delivering the Goods
Send the item to the address our customer service staff gave you. The shipping fees for returning the item are your responsibility. For enhanced security, we suggest choosing a trackable delivery service.
Processing and Inspection
Our team will examine the returned item after it is received to make sure it satisfies the return requirements. Following acceptance, we’ll start the reimbursement procedure.
Processing of refunds
If your return is accepted, we’ll start the refund process using your original payment method. Please be aware that, depending on your payment provider, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may change.
