Refunds and Exchanges Timeframe

You have 7 days from the date of your purchase to request a return or refund. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Qualifications for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including being in its original packaging. The product should show no signs of use, wear, or damage.

Exceptional Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Newspapers, magazines, and other time-sensitive products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Intimate, lotion or sanitary items

Returns Procedure

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2. Obtain Return Authorization
If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include the RAN on the outside of your return package.

3. Package the Item Securely
Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Whenever possible, use the original packaging.

4. Ship the Item Back
Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. For added security, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Processing and Inspection
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria. If accepted, we will begin the refund process.

Refund Processing

If your return is approved, we will process the refund using your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
